Alright, I have a question for all you Caddy lovers that might make you go back to the books. I am on the look-out right now for an older model Cadillac (1960-1968) that has a very cool feature on it. I don't know the name of it but basically the feature acts as a headlight cover. It is a shade or cap if you will that covers the entire light during the day and at night when the headlight control is activated, the cover lifts. Someone once told me it looks like the caddy "winks" at you. What is this feature so I can use it in my searches????Please Help

I'm familiar with the type of system you're looking for, but I'm not sure what the actual name is.
Like all Gm's in the late 1960's the head light assembly, opened and closed with the help of a vacuum assist pump. When in doubt contact you're nearest Gm dealer, I'm sure they could answer you're questions.
