Engine vibration felt between 1300-1400 rpm

Engine vibration felt between 1300-1400 rpm
I have a 2003 deville with 77,000 miles, I get a vibration that can be felt through the accelerator pedal even when in park at around 1300 1400 rpm... Anyone experience this problem? Im hoping its nothing internal.
