hello everyone,new here and i'm trying to help my dad...he has a 1990 sedan with a whopping 55,000 miles on it....as you see he dosen't drive much. sister was recently driving the car and it began to skip and run rough.at the same time all the dash lights began to flash rapidly(she said disco ball fast). the battery has been disconnected to reset the computer...short term fix and it returned.sounds to me like a ground issue but would that cause the engine to run rough??thanks for your help

 

Poor ground(s) can be can cause of both. Don't disconnect battery to reset till after finding out what codes are set. An E52 and F52 are set now because you caused them. Does car have digital or analog dash?
