2002 escalade,,top bulb will not come on with headlights on,,also will not work with brakes on. The others do work on driver side when brakes/ turn signal is on. Passenger side all works day or night. I also swapped bulbs,,all in the driver side work,,none burned out. Would there be a problem with the connection under bumper? I was un able to pull it apart.
