My 2001 Deville had this same issue and previous forums said 50% it's your tires and wheels balance issue - the other 50% said it's your motor mounts. After spending $500 for new rims and $600 for new Michellin Tires and get dynamic balancing etc. also changed all brake rotors and air ride shocks it still vibrated. Then someone talked me into the trans being rebuilt for $1200 and at that time the trans mechanic said "by the way I changed you motor mounts" and the vibration went away.
