Default Best spark plugs

HELLO THERE TO ALL JUST JOINED THE FORUM , YES THERE SEEMS TO BE ALOT OF VETTE AND CADDY OWNERS HERE , BUT THATS AS COOL AS CAN BE !! JUST ONE QUESTION , I KNOW ITS A PERSONAL PREFERENCE BUT WHAT ARE THE BEST PLUGS TO PUT IN MY 03 DEVILLE DHS 40K MILES . JUJST CHANGED THEM WITH IRIDIUM AND GETTING A STUMBLE THAT I DONT LIKE. ANY SUGGESTIONS HERE . ALSO I GET THIS TICKING NOISE (AT DIFFERENT TIMES) AND IT SOUND LIKE VALVE NOISE ANY IDEAS HERE . DID A TOP ENGINE CLEAN (THEN OIL CHANGE) STILL THE NOISE IS STILL THERE . USUING PROPER AMSOIL AND GETTING 25-29 ON THE HIGHWAY....BUT THAT STUMBLE AT TIMES AND THE ENGINE NOISE IS DRIVING ME CRAZY!! A CADDY IS SUPPOSED TO BE "QUIET" AND MIND YOU IM VERY PICKY ABOUT MY CARS. ANY HELP HERE WILL BE APPRECIATED.

I never stray from what he General put in there at the factory. AC Delco, consult owners manual.

Re Stumble: did you put the coil packs back on correctly after changing theplugs ?

Re Ticking: Have you ever redlined the motor? Do you drive hard in the upper rpm ranges?
Do you use name brand oil?

Something must be wrong with your car. Aren't those spark plugs suppose to last 100,000 miles?
