the backwards caddy

Hey caddy lovers, I have a 94 fleetwood that would'nt start, got the bypass done on the key. and now when i turn the key it turns over but only wants to start after the key is in the off position . whats the deal.

cross wire
check the bypass
and key in ignition position may not be in correct spot
