any tricks on how to get rid of the airbag light on my 2000 deville

???? anybody...

SOmetimes it turns on . then goes off for a couple of days then it comes back on ???

Have you checked any of the suspension components? or tried to retrieve codes?

When the light is on, it usually means the particular air bag will NOT deploy. The dealer needs to verify the problem and report to you. Common issue can be the "coil" under the steering wheel. These repairs are not driveway repairs. Pay to have it diagnosed. Its only a life or death issue!!
