Default Anti Lock Relay

I have a 1993 Sedan deVille which is having anti-lock brake problems. Part of the diagnosis according to the service manual is to remove the main relay and test the resistance across two different sockets. The shop manual is very vague about which relay it is other than it is found in the maxi fuse/relay center under the hood. Does anybody know which relay it is and how to remove the relay. It appears that the relay just slides forward but that does not seem to be the case when I try to remove one.

there is a small tang that retains it you want to replace pump relay also. pump and main relays are the same part number.
