Default Alternator wiring?

ok so I dropped my cradle and replaced the tranny last week and apparently in the process of getting it back together I didn't notice behind the exhaust manifold there is harness with the alternator wiring and oil, ac accessories ect. They are really hard to get at and check so yeah they melted all together and I had some problems. I tried fixing everything I cold get at so I'm. It sure if there is more in the harness I'm missing but my charging is intermittent now I tested the grey wire from the alternator to the pcm and had a perfect connection with no resistance. But I'm not exactly sure where the red wire goes.. I found what I think it is at a plug behind the fuse box and jumped it and got it to charge consistently now but it seems like it's not putting out its full amperage when needed because with everything on in getting 12.4v. So any input or wiring diagram with any sort of pin outs would be extremely appreciated. Thanks!
