Hey y’all. New to Cadillacs, I have a 99 deville I just bought and the dash says theft system problem, car might not restart. I bypassed the vats with a resistor reading 680 ohms ( I have a number 3 key). Before I put the resistors on they read fine, but after I install them I get no reading. Is this supposed to happen? What’s going on? The injectors still aren’t kicking on
