Anyone dealt with a window that went up about an inch too high? Is it a pretty easy thing to adjust once I get the inside door panel off?

 

There is no adjustment to be made. It sounds like the regulator is broken or the power window module has lost it 's programming. There was once a GM TSB on this but I can't find it anymore, this is the number if you can locate it. TSB - 211526 .
