200 eldorado heat on left / a/c on right

I have A 2000 Eldorado and since it was chilly for A change here in Sunny Florida I ran some heat yesterday Morning. After work I put on the A/C and only had it on the right side. Left side was warm, not exactly hot but definitely not Air Conditioning . I'm assuming A blend door is malfunctioning but was hoping someone could lead me in the right troubleshooting direction. Thanks in advance for any input y'all can provide!

I have a 2000 eldo that is all cold on the passenger side while set to heat works fine on the driver's side. Just discovered this the first time I needed heat. Is there a actuator I need to replace?
