1990 Seville ABS Light / ECBM

I am getting the ABS light (steady on) 80% of the time. Jumping pins A and H on ALDL reveal no codes. According to the shop manual, ABS steady on, with no codes, indicate a hard fault. My manual is for a 1991. My car is a 90. The schematics do not appear to be the same. Similar but not the same. According to the 1991, a steady ABS light with no flash codes indicates the ECBM grounding pin 29 through crtk 852 because relay is not being energized for hydraulic modulator. I have a Teves Mk II system in my basement. (I replaced the entire master cylinder last summer because of a bad ac***ulator). There are no relays in this system I have in the 90. The shop manual shows relays under the hydraulic modulator plate on the MC, I opened up the one I have in the basement, and no relays - just solenoids.

I checked all fuses. Cleaned all terminal contacts. And have ordered the 1990 shop service manual. Any information on this problem greatly appreciated.
