Default 1989 Cadillac Brougham HVAC problems

I got 2 problems involving heat. 1: All the air always blows out the bottom vents. What all would cause that. 2: The outside temperature always shows -45. Would that be a sensor, and if so, where would that sensor be.

#1 would most likely be vacuum leak in the engine compartment. 2nd would be programmer.

#2 Sensor is located behind grill. 2 wire connector

If you are going to DIY on your car I would look for factory service manual. It would be Brougham only. deville/Fleetwood is wrong book.
