Had a stange one last night. I have a 1999 Eldorado with about 75,000 miles. Last night I had absolutely no power to anything. Car would not crank independently, but would jump start and run. Here's the interesting part. It ran like it needed a fuel filter badly. I know it is electrical in nature, so not a fuel filter. Finally got it home "feathering" the gas. To not do so would have resulted in the car stalling. Had to keep RPM's up all the time.

Any ideas out there? Battery? Alternator? A relay or sensor or some type? Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.

 

Can not really say, sounds like a technical matter to me. Might be requiring a general service or something.
You should be contacting a technician and consult with him according to describing the issue.
