Default turbo diesel

I was just wondering if a turbo in a diesel is the same as in a gasoline engine? As inthe exausht air spinshalf of theturbine in the turbo and the other half spins in the intake to alow for more air flow.

Turbos operate the same. Exhaust gases spin turbine while opposite side turbine forces air into intake.

i like superchargers more for some reason, do they make ones that you can cut on and off with a switch? you think a supercharger would tear up a stock 5.7L LT1? Is a turbo charger better for an engine?

theres many superchargers for the 5.7 but you just have to make it work yourself. you can probably put in any supercharger, but hooking it up is gonna be the hard part.
