Replacing the starter in a 2008 cts4, 3.6ldi. Found this broken plug (still plugged in to the wire that comes in with the battery cable to the starter) when I removed the old starter, but cannot find the other end. Does it attach to the starter lug, with the battery cable? It is not the knock sensor plug, as that is plugged in and this plug will not reach the drivers side knock sensor, but the circled plug is the same as a knock sensor (2 wires). Did some models have a amperage sensor on the starter lug and someone broke it in the past?
