I have a '83 Eldorado with 25,500 miles. Lived most of its life in southern CA, now living in NW Montana. The wind shield washer is not working. Have checked and cleaned the lines from the pump. They are now open and clear. Checked the fuse, it is OK. The wipers work, but the washer does not pump any fluid. Yes, I checked to make sure the res is full.

Should I just replace the washer/pump motor. Do not have electricial experience. Just a novice at best.
