New to site. Security system light bulb was intermittent so i replaced it. now it doesn't come on at all and the alarm system doesn't arm anymore. There is power to the bulb socket since i used a test light but test light doesn't blink like the bulb used to. Both inline fuses are good are there any other fuses or relays that are used? Any thoughts?

yes they do

 

At this point I think you should try to find a factory service manual. You will want the final edition vs advance which maybe inaccurate. There are several on ebay today.
