One of my 84' Biarritz convertibles has dry rotted tires , the car has spoke hubcaps which I thought I had the key to and don't. My key has a yellow plastic top but the spokes have blue spray paint on the bolts. I can't seem to find ANY TOOL that will fit this. I even went to some old tire shops and they dont have it. They were babies in another country when these came out.

Anyway, any help with getting these off without destroying the spokes??
