RE: xlr-v
Go to the Cadillac site and search for one. Then, pull up the sticker. Edwards Archer has one right now, black on slate. Believe it's $100 Gs plus change. I can't describe how incredible the car is. For the first time in my life, I'm a little reticent to test drive although this dealer, insanely, asked me to come in over the weekend and take it out. I haven't checked in on it for a couple of weeks but they were hiding it in a back shop building along with a few of the owner's other toys.
This dealer lost their Olds franchise and backfilled with really horrendous rice grinders, Hyundai and Suburu, if I remember correctly. Unfortunately, those makes are squeezing out the Cads. Still, the Sales Manager has done a terrific job continuing to stock the high-end Cads. He has sold six XLRs over the last year and had a really sharp CTS-V that didn't last but a couple of weeks. I think one could talk them into providing supplier pricing on these models as well. Haven't tried it myself yet but talked about it without eliciting a yelp.
I really would like to get my hands on an STS-V. Talk about road burners. My husband thinks I'll want to hang onto something for a back up car in the winter and he's probably right. When they sand the roads around here, they're really meaning half-inch gravel.
