'05 CTS-V Got Screwed With...

Someone did something to the AC/ Heater vents in our '05 CTS-V. I don't know if it was a stink bomb that got put in there or wht, but I can't get the smell out at all!! Any suggestions???

which vents are we talking about, where are they ?
