Don't know off the top of my head but the procedure is outlined in the owners manual.

I have a 2006 STS and you can program the names for driver one and two yourself in is in manual how to do it >>> I also owned a new 1998 STS>>> the dealer will need to do it for you>>>>and they may want several dollars to do it for you>>>>I bought the new 1998 STS from my local dealer and after a few month I was reading in my car manual that you could have a name for driver 1 and 2 that would show up on display when you started car and that the service dept would need to do it for you>>>I went to dealer to have it done back in 1998 and they wanted $69.00 to do it>>>you would think that they would have done it free as I had just bought the STS from them list price $53,000>>>>Sales said that service dept would have to do it on the 1998 STS and service wanted $69.00 to do it>>>I did not have it done>>>>But the next new STS I bought was not from this dealer>>>

Am pretty sure you'll have to go to a dealer or shop with a true dealer-like scan tool. I have what's supposed to be the most "dealer-like" generic scan tool and it cannot access that function.

Must use a tech II OBD to program names. Very expensive.
