I was considering powder coating the stock 17's on my 06' sts and was wondering if anyone has seen or has pics of this being done so I can get some kinda idea on how it would look?

powder coating looks incredible in any color .. but .. it also chips like porcelain and then it looks like c r a p .. .. so it depends on what the car is , how you use the car, and what area of the rim you have done.
