Default Fuse for license plate lights

I have a 2000 Cadillac Seville STS. The cornering lamps, underhood light and license plate lights do not work. I read that they are all on the same fuse but I can not figure out which fuse. I looked in the owner's manual but cannot find it. What fuse is it?

Default fuse for Cadillac Escalade

I have a 2007 Cadillac Escalade. My license plate bulb went out, I replaced the bulb but the new one doesn't work either. Does anyone knows where the fuse for the license plate is? Thank you
