I bought a 2014 Cadillac SRX a little over a year ago. Noticed the transmission shifting hard. Took to the dealership 7 times for the same problem. Went into the transmission 3 times. Now the warranty run out around 2 thousand miles ago, so now they want to put a new transmission in, and me cover the cost.
Has anyone else had a problem like this, and if so how did you resolve it.
Really feel this is unfair that I should have to pay for this.
Any advice would be great
