I have a '13 SRX Premium that I need to change the electric actuator. I've been using the button above the license plate for two days and lifting the hatch by hand and now the pull down lock won't release.. Question, Is there a secret to opening the hatch manually. thank you for any response.. btw CF claims I'm a junior member how ever I been on here since 2010 on N* as eldoedwardo. please don't disregard me as a newbie
