Default Tail Lights

Does anyone know about the faulty tail lights on the 92-96 Seville.I have a 93SLS and I replaced all the bulbs in the rear and the tail lights work but when I put on the brakes, one bulb on the left (drivers side) won't double light up. It stays on tail light. The bulbs are all new and I've tried different new bulbs, same thing happens. I have noticed every other 92-96 Sevilles on the road and when they brake in front of me, the bulb or bulbs don't light up on the left side. Is it a short? Is it the socket? Was there a recall bulliten from Cadillac saying it was a factory defect?

Also I did a code check and what came up was P070 History, I022 History, I039 Current, I052 History. Does anyone know what these are. Of course this car is pre-OBD II.
Thanks!
vince

p070 - Intermittent TPS Signal
i022 - RF Wheel Speed Sensor Frequency Error
i039 - Loss of Road Sensing Suspension Data
i052 - Keep Alive Memory Error

These are what the codes mean. The codes with history after them means the codes were cleared. This necessaly doesnt mean that the codes were fix though.
