Default Replacing RIM

Hello, I have a replacement RIM I'm going to install tomorrow. I have just one question,, how do I remove the rear-back seat? I really have'nt looked at it yet, but would assume there is going to be at least a couple of screws..somewhere. I also read that this can be done thru the trunk as well. Can someone explain the best way, and how to do this?

thanks,
Darren
