Does anyone know if there is there a quick fix to this problem? Last night my fog lights and the chime to remind you your lights are on would not go off when the key was removed. Could this be a stuck relay? CPU problem? I have to remove the battery cable to kill them.

 

Usually a blown fuse. It then feeds back thru the chime relay. So test all fuses.
