The fuel tank pressure sensor is mounted right into the top of the fuel tank. I believe you are one of the lucky ones that has an access panel in the floor of the trunk to get to it. Otherwise, it's dropping the tank to get at it.
Why do you think it's bad? Is it setting a check engine light?

We have emissions testing here in CT and it kicked back a code, (I forget what the code was) evaporative something? And my check engine light does not work, so the testing person gave me some ideas what to fix, starting with the gas cap and then this, code might have been PO442
P0442 indicates a small EVAP system leak - if that's what it is. I'm not sure the fuel tank pressure sensor would be a likely candidate unless it's physically damaged.
Evap leaks are tough to track down. Technicians use a smoke machine to fill the lines and tank with smoke to try to find it. The problem could be anything from a pinhole in the line going to the engine, rust through on the filler neck or top of the tank, or a leaky valve. I would inspect everything closely first, and you may notice a fuel smell if the leak is large enough.
