Try disconnecting ground cable on battery and leave it off fora few minutes. Sometimes this helps erase codes in history etc...Reconnect and see if it still codes.

Did you really have to get all sensors disconnected then obd2 to clear then connect them again?

My first try would be the battery for 5 minutes before I went any further.
