I have a 92 cadillac seville

Once in a while I can be at a stop and when I try to go it sounds like it goes into neutral or something.This morning I was on my way to work and it started skipping when I let it coast to keep it at speed. It had a tune up recently, so I am stumped.

I hope some one can help me.

 

Make sure your transmission fluid is at the correct level first. Let us know after you check and top up if needed.

I had one of the guy's at work check out the transmission fluid and it was fine. This morning it cut off on me when I came to a stop.It hasen't done it since then.It also sounds like the car is going into Neutral sometimes. I am thinking maybe one of those censors .I don't know what's going on. Please help if you can.

 

Yes I've had the same proplem with my 95' seville as I pulled in the parking lot at work - and it just simply stalled on me,( after the service engin soon light came on ), my mechanic replaced the crankshaft positioning censer and so far so good ;- lot me know how that turn out.
