I brought a 94 Cadillac Seville and the entire instrument panel is out. None of the gages work. I checked the fuses and all seem to be fine. The radio works but again you can't see the stations. The blower is on and I can't cut it off and the head lights work, but when I turn them on it chimes like when you leave them on and the the engine is off. I need help. Any advice would be much appreciated.
