interior color code
By chance does anyone remember where to find the interior color code for the allante. I remembera # of years ago Dick mentioned that one can easily cover up small cracks in color on the leather seats(burgundy, he said worked well), with the leather magic just touching up the small crack lines. This is what I have now,(small cracks in color of leather)and would like to try this out. I have a burgundy, interior on a 1990.5 (I have noticed it is more difficult to find things on the search of the old allante-net site, as I think the owners have deleated some of their old archived material.)Thanks, jim

RE: interior color code
take a picture of the label in the spare tire cavity, it has all the codes
for all the equipment you have, and i believe the paint code also.
your dealer should be able to decipher what is what
from the dozens of codes there.
if that doesnt help, drop me another note and i will see
what i can dig up over the weekend.
(as to the archives you mentioned, the problem is not availability
but search know how .. many have tried but . . lol.)

RE: interior color code
Ther guy at leathermagic that deals with allantes pretty much knows all the colors and codes. I think his name is Danny but not sure if I remember that correctly. Perhaps Dick will chime in.

RE: interior color code
Yep, I know "leather magic" has the info. I mentioned my year and color (burgandy and they sent me an identicle color match kit with something pliable for the cracks in my drivers seat) That was four years ago and things have a habit of chamging.

RE: interior color code
however, if you have a light color and unless you send in a
sample, expect it to NOT match.
