I have opera lights on my 89 fleetwood brougham, that do not light up. Are they supposed to??? And if they do, how do you change the bulbs??? I looked in my shop manual to no avail. Please help. Thanks

 

I have a similar problem with an 81 Eldorado. I do not see replacements available. I am replacing the vinyl top and I am looking for advice. Should I omit them if I can't find functional ones? Would anyone put the non functional ones back in place?
