Default 1995 fleetwood brougham

Hey guys I'm new here. I'm picking up a 1995 fleetwood with the LT1 engine with 120k miles on it. The owner said the engine was rebuilt at 60k and I found that to be weird. I believe these engines are quite dependable and a rebuilt at 60k miles seems kinda sketchy. Anyways I'm having my mechanic check the car next week and was wondering what to look for? Thanks !

The water pump not leaking oil or water , it's over the distributor
smog pump with internal electric valve and ERG behind engine
rubber supports that hold up exhaust...there are several
shocks

Thanks for the reply I'll look into that! What about the transmission? Are they good on these cars? I believe its the 4L60 if I'm correct

I would have the fluid changed and filter flushed, about $150 ...less if filter and fluid only.
They can tell you if old fluid looked good and little metal in pan or not
