I am getting ready to purchase a new 2007 ESV to replace my 2002 Escalade now with 125K miles that I bought new. I'm waiting to see if GM is going to drop prices to close out the 07 as the 08 comes in. Right now GM offers 0% interest but only for 36 months. At this price point I was hoping for 48 or 60 months. Does anyone have any inside info on upcoming incentives or price reductions? Also, what did you actually pay for your car vs. sticker? Ive looked a bit on this forum but I do not see any info really on actual cost. I'm starting toget quotes from dealers now so I want to be prepared to negotiate soon.

There is probably no way anywone would give 0% int for more then 36 months. For pricing and incentives try www.kbb.com . Also when you're ready, get more then one dealership involved. Go back and forth with them. They will try to wear you down, but have fun with it and wear them down. This is a great game to play, and you won't break any bones playing it. Never let them see you sweat. Don't bring your significant other if you feel that she (or he) may fall in love with a car in front of the saleman. Do not negotiate your price based on monthly payments. They love that. Get the car for as cheap as you can then work out the payment details. In the end if you are happy with the deal, that's all that matters.

The 07 and 08 are the same pricde ,but I couldn't find any incentives on the 08. Check here for 07 incentives.
