Default Information on the ESV

Hi my name is Llogan. I am new to the Cadillac forum and was just wandering if anybody owns the Escalade ESV? If so I was just wandering if anyone would mind providing some information about it. I was just wandering what model do you own. Does it seem to be holding out pretty good. Does it seem to be a good vehicle. Do you get lots of compliments on it. What is the gas mileage on the Escalade ESV that you own. What kind of features does your Escalade ESV provide?

I have ESV Platinum 2004 WhiteDiamond.
It comes with full options such as 20 inches factory wheels , 2 rear dvd screens, navi, 6 disc changer, xm etc...
City/Hwy mpg showing 13/18 mpg. but less than spec.
Currently drove 29000 miles.
It is pretty nicd vehicle.
Peoples are looking at my ESV, and looking at one more time for Platinum Edition..

I just bought my Wife a Loaded "07"ESV Has the 22's and all the bells and whistles. White Diamond Color. We have three daughters and I am just a little concerned with the Cashmere interior. LOL---Lots of covers and mats etc.....Just switched her over to Caddy after THREE Navigators. She loved the "07" design change and I loved the fact that it recieved 403HP. We needed the extra room and Lincoln is supposed to extend the Nav BUT no engine upgrade????
650 lbs heavier and NO more Horse power? Not looking for a dragster BUT It's nice to have the extra power ( I Have a C6-Z06 for racing ). Lincoln is gonna have a lot of problems moving Navs against the new Escalade! I Love this truck! It only has 150 miles on it and My wife still has her 03 Nav for a few more months.

We just bought an 07 ESV White Diamond also. It is a great vehicle for kids. I too am a little concerned about the cashmere interior with with 2 kids but it's what she wanted. We bought it Friday and drove to Dallas shortly after the paper work was complete. It's got nearly 800 miles on it now. Average MPG on the interstate was about 18 at 75 mph. When you get back on some 2 lane country roads, the miles goes down a little from stomping it to pass 18 wheelers but it runs like a top. This is a fairly fast vehicle, considering the size and weight. We had an 02 GMC Yukon XL Denali before this, that was a nice vehicle but this is a step up.

I can't get the gate and garage doors to work with the home link system but the sales guy is checking into that for me. Insurance seems a little ridiculous but oh well, that's how it goes. It's about $500 more per year vs. 02 Denali. I guess they get stolen a lot!

The rear view camera, auto start and auto lift gate are just cool features!

got 2007 escalade and 2007 ESV.

ESV, love it, it replaced z-71 suburban.

My only issues are:

22" vibrations
D/S mirror vibrates.
Rear seat pockets too small, hard to store 4 sets of headsets for tv's.
Rear storage compartment on side, smaller then previous.
Rear cargo shade cover was not included in ealry model. Now standard.
Towing package, GMdecided not to include male plug adapter. I had two left over from my previous trucks.

ESV is black interior, great. Escalde is Cashmere and it is a nightmare to keep clean.

Truck is quick and can tow 9500lbs no sweat, sucks down gas
