Default Vibrations at 60mph+ ?????

I just purchased a 2012 Escalade Luxury with some seriously aggressive tires that came on the vehicle already. They are General Grabbers APT XL On/Off Terrain 285/45R22. Driving it back to MA from NC, I noticed some steering wheel vibrations at 60mph+. Nothing significant, but enough to annoy me and knowing this is not how a Cadillac should ride. I brought it in to my Cadillac Dealer who completed a tire balance. Each tire was 4-6oz off balance! The dealership told me that this would help, but these aggressive tires with deep treads are not meant for the Escalade so I will continue to get vibrations. True to their word, I still get vibrations at around 65mph+, yet not as intense, but still noticeable.
Could anyone tell me if this is a tire issue or if I need a high speed road force tire balance? I’ve attached pics of the tires. Thank you in

advance.
