Exclamation Rear Suspension OMEGA PROBLEMS any ideas?

I have a 04 Escalade with awd, and from time to time I pull a 38ft enclosed car trailer, its a pretty heavy trailer no doubt, it usually pulled fine and the rear would always level out, but not last weekend, when I would park or drive at low speeds my rear would stay dropped much much much lower than uaual but at higher speeds it did level out, when i would turn my car off it would drop a little more and when i started it up it would rise a few inches, compressor would come on for aprox 2 mins then turn off, but never even came close to leveling out untill i was driving at 30+mph. without that trailer or even with my smaller trailers I have no rear suspension problems not a leak or anything, any idea what this could be and why would it level out after i start moving at higher speends any advice would be great!

What is the tongue weight of trailer when normally loaded and overall weight of trailer when loaded. Escalades fall under 1/2 ton trucks, 32 foot car trailers is almost a for sure too much weight for 1/2 ton vehicle.

I never did find the tongue weight of trailer, being a 1//2 ton prob doesnt help and thats explains the difficulties, i guess right now I want to look at the problem and figure out why it once worked fine and now the difficulties and find out what changed
