Not performance, but got the Autoventshade in channels, theya re nice, and do a great job at keeping the lines clean.

Got a Husky liner for the rear, and like it also.

K&N next....

Well since you guys are newbies to the Escalade...J/K I'm a 2000 Owner Old school but ...Purfect condition. I have installed cold air intake. A true cold air with force air feed intake from under front air dam at the tow hitch area. SpeedMod chip. Borla exhaust. LIVE WIRE and HOT FIRE ig. I had 22" TIS on it but have since come to my senses and reduced down to 20" <--For all you newbies to the 20"+ wheels size the bigger you go the more wear on your suspension. I know all you lads that say BIGGGER>>>ETC. Well you'll soon figure out BIGGER means $$$$$ to go fast for every inch over OEM you go means MINUS 12-19hp PER WHEEL you do the math.

I know 24" and 26" look great but if you pull up next to a Yukon rollin on 20" and your on 24" you better have 500-600HP to move that monster cause it only takes 420HP on 20" to shoot ya down the local drag @ 111.7 @ 11.43. So guys horsepower take money here's my break down

2000 Escalade stock 265HP

Cold air with force feed air= 17hp
ECU CHIP = 45hp
Borla with streets cats =26hp
LIVE WIRES = 8 hp
HOT FIRE ig =12hp
Carbon fiber hood =65lbs weight reduction@ 373hp=about +6hp=379hp

Now my new project is a B&M blower which is around 110hp. But I have new forged pistons to add for this type add on if not I'll fry the OME pistons all together I'll be pushing around 500 hp with all mods finished and a extra 100hp with a Nitro shot But like I said power takes cash you CAN NOT add serious power with out money and cold air intakes will NOT produce power to the wheel unless it is a force feed system DYNO's show the proof don't fall for K&N and other type intakes for power looks...o.k. Power NO.

I don't want to sound argumentative here, but........
I have to call B.S. on this one.
Unless you are talking about an 11 sec 1/4 in another vehicle like a vette or blown cts-v.
It's cool you are into modding your truck, but your H/P and ET claims are a bit unrealistic.

I'm all for boosting that sucker, and if you are going to change pistons, what a great chance to drop the compression and run an intercooled set up. Now you are talking about handling 10+ psi. Thats where the power is at.
Tranny life with an 'Slade running low 13's will be short but fun.

Enjoy and good luck.

Boosting..... NO..My friend I know all you guys with your Vetts and such who love your twin turbo's and such but NOTHING...I mean NOTHING beats a belt driven blower. As far as 11's in the 1/4.. Capital drag see's lifted F350 super duties with the Banks power packs smoke vetts and such....There's a BIG difference in "tuning" a vett you drive everyday and "prostreet". I don't drive mine everyday it's been retired to my prostreet itch and is my project to make people go "why' did you do that to an Escalade

talkin performance. on my 02 i got a custom hand molded quad exhaust system and a vortec air intake. thats it but from what they told me those 2 together boosted my hp by 105. i dunno for sure seeing as how i cant dyno it due to the awd so i keep it a bit realistic and say around 400+. 450 sounds better though lol.
