My 2007 Cadillac Escalade has two door handles that are breaking off. I called my dealership this morning, and it is going to cost me $390 to replace them. For the price that you pay to drive an elite car, the door handles should not break off! I see that I am not the only person with this problem either. I have owned Cadillacs since 1985, and now my children drive cadillacs too. My hope is that Cadillac customer service will speak with my dealership, Coast Cadillac in Sarasota, FL, and resolve this in a fair way.
