OK, so I bought a 06 Escalade and I purchased new map disc. My wife installed it and said she updated the software by following the prompts. Now the screen works and everything...BUT there is no road layouts and when we put in a known address (which is no more then five miles away) it states it is hundreds of miles away and still displays absolutely no roads on the screen. we have tried to "relocate" the vechile through the nav settings menu and that did nothing. Is there something we are missing or anything that you guys know to make the roads appear?? Thank you
