STS dashboard interchangeable with 97 Eldorado?

STS dashboard interchangeable with 97 Eldorado?
I have a 97 Eldorado base coupe and a buddy of mine just bought an 04 STS I love his dash.I have the analog gauges and he has well I'm not sure how to describe it, but all the gauges are similar when they light up.I waas just wondering if anyone knows if it is interchangeable, that is the main reason why he bought his.He loves Eldo's but they don't have that dash and I want it! Any help appreciated? Thanx Ross
