How to replace ashtray/lighter in 99 Eldorado

How to replace ashtray/lighter in 99 Eldorado
Hello:
I want to replace a broken ashtray/lighter combo in a 99 Eldorado. But first I have to remove the center console. to get to two screws holding the ashtry in.. How do I do that without breaking the center console?
