My driver side door is starting to tear at the handle, thinking I will have to get a replacement.

Any advice on replacing a driver door panel on an 02 eldorado in california?

Also, the dash board has begun to warp from the sun damage due to the past owner, any advice on a dash panel is also appreciated.
