I did a code check on my 94 and get a "Code P071 History"
I researched online and found it to be an "Intermittent MAP Signal"
Can someone tell me what exactly that means?
I would greatly appreciate it!

 

Car has speed density EFI, map sensor is very important. 93-95 northstars intake manifold harnesses have had issues with insulation liturally falling off the wires. MAP sensor is located within the metal box type intake assembly. Intermitent means signal comes and goes.Check wiring harness first, and repair as necessary.
