A lot of info on these but my problem is I paid a guy to replace inst cluster . When I got car back . No battery charge.. Check air bag...service trans.. A/c blows only thru defrost . Is this still an instrument problem. Thanks for any help. Also I have taken dash apart and have gauges out . If I had known it was so easy I'd never had anybody touch it.

 

It's possible Instrument Panel Cluster(IPC) is part of serial data circuit. Codes? It's possible cluster is defective or not compatible with car.
